*FOR T-BALL ONLY* If your child has friends that they would like to play with, you can make a note below. We will make every effort to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed. This is not available in Rookie, Minor, or Major divisions, as those teams are drafted.

*ALL DIVISIONS* Siblings are always placed together, so if your child has a sibling playing in the SAME division, please note that below so we make sure it is not missed.
